RETURN POLICY

Returns must be made to PNC Engineering within the first 15 days of purchase. All returns must be in their original box, and include all of the original parts. Returns must be shipped in a separate outside box, Do not write on the original manufactures box. Any items received with stickers or writing on the original manufactures box will be refused. All returns must first receive an RMA number by contacting rmarequest@pncengineering.com or sending an email through the contact us link on the PNC web site. Any returns made without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the customer. In some cases items may not be acceptable for returns. All acceptable returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Un-used items in their original un-opened boxes will be considered for return without a restocking fee. However, this is not guarantied. Each return will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
